Bionsen produce freshly scented deodorants that are great for sensitive skin and are free from parabens and aluminium. They come in roll-on, stick and spray form.

Bionsen deodorants don’t try to stop sweating but aim to help neutralise any odours and limit bacteria growth instead.  Bionsen is readily available from Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Boots and Superdrug.

Bionsen Roll-On Deodorant

Author: AM

Bionsen has a fresh, strong but not overbearing scent. It kind of reminds me of the traditional Dove Soap.

You might want to top up once or twice during the day, (depending on your level of activity) but generally I would say that this deodorant lasts a good work day (8 hours).

I use to have issues with regular deodorant as I have sensitive skin and I found using deodorant would result in a painful lump in my armpit. I went to the doctor and was advised that what I was experiencing was a relatively common reaction to deodorants and antiperspirant. I started using Bionsen a few years ago, since using this aluminium free deodorant I have not experienced this problem, I do find that the formula has been gentler on my skin.

Bionsen is often on offer in Sainsbury’s, you can sometimes pick it up for £1.50. It’s usually costs around £2.50 and available in Boots, Superdrug and most big supermarkets.
